  I have an account at PNC. I drove 45 miles for notary services for home docs. I called ahead for an appointment and told them what I needed and they said that was fine. I got there and was told by Colton that they only notarize home loans financed through PNC. He told me that I should have been told that when I called. Unbelievable. Never going back and thinking about moving my accounts.

  Ill delete the first part in thanks for them fixing their error. Sad it took bad reviews and a bad survey to finally get results, but hey. SCREW THIS BANK. I miss BBVA.

  They charge 3 dollars a statement and only let you see 6 months of statements online. So if your trying to do your taxes it will cost you 36 dollars just to print your statements. And while I was waiting to have this done a customer was insulted and treated with disrespect by the branch manager brittany who felt it was nessary to tell the customer "if you don't like it to bad". I highly advise you to close your accounts with this bank.
