I went in to cash a check, and Kylee helped me at the counter — she was absolutely wonderful! She provided exceptional customer service, was friendly, patient, and made the whole process quick and easy. The entire staff was welcoming and very professional. You can tell they truly care about their customers. It’s rare to find this level of service these days, and I really appreciate the positive experience. Highly recommend this branch!

I come by every Friday to deposit checks for my organization most times if there is a line of people only Barb is assisting while the rest of the staff sit around staring at screens. Not at all concerned to greet let alone help customers in line.
