- SSStephMar 13, 20265.0This NBAZ branch has been wonderful to work with! They are always attentive, polite, and willing to help. Shelby the branch manager has been particularly helpful with complicated tasks and questions that I have had. If something requires research, she is happy to follow through and get back to me when she has an answer. Everyone at the branch is friendly and takes the time to make me feel valued as a client. I am very happy with my experience here!
- JDJ DFeb 28, 20262.0Have had many good experiences there however, yesterday was one of the occasional experiences that was not good. One employee helping a client with a complex transaction and at least two other people that are more or less finding other things to do rather than help the person who was there for a quick transaction. No I should not expect to wait 10 minutes for a two minute transaction when there is only one other client in the bank, who was currently being helped. Apparently, other employees think I should. One more experience like that and I will go elsewhere.

She makes every visit pleasant and easy with her kindness, patience, and efficiency. She takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and never makes you feel rushed or pressured. Our conversations often brighten my day, and that personal touch truly matters. It’s reassuring to be helped by someone who genuinely cares about the people she serves.
