- BRBenjamin RojekDec 16, 20251.0Shady bank. Someone opened a personal loan and bank account under my name, and I’ve been on hold for over an hour to talk to someone. Why is their fraud department not answering? Are they busy dealing with all of their fraudulent accounts they let thieves open or are they avoiding dealing with the outcomes of their failures? Avoid this bank. They will rip you off and then force you to listen to hold music for hours instead of fixing anything.

There’s always only one employee helping 4–5 customers, while the rest are just sitting and not assisting anyone. This doesn’t make any sense. We have work to do, and standing in line this long is unacceptable. You really need to fix this issue, otherwise we might have to close our accounts and move to a bank that respects their customers’ time.
