  Shady bank. Someone opened a personal loan and bank account under my name, and I’ve been on hold for over an hour to talk to someone. Why is their fraud department not answering? Are they busy dealing with all of their fraudulent accounts they let thieves open or are they avoiding dealing with the outcomes of their failures? Avoid this bank. They will rip you off and then force you to listen to hold music for hours instead of fixing anything.

  Every time I come to this branch, I end up waiting 30 minutes or more in line. There’s always only one employee helping 4–5 customers, while the rest are just sitting and not assisting anyone. This doesn’t make any sense. We have work to do, and standing in line this long is unacceptable. You really need to fix this issue, otherwise we might have to close our accounts and move to a bank that respects their customers’ time.

  They always left their customer waiting for a long period of time! They have terrible service every reviews here are having the same issue. They will leave you standing and waiting while they are counting their money.

  This is crazy i had suspicious activity go in with my account over the MLK weekend and reported it to them now a branch manager Vanessa wants to judge me,blame me and tell me they may part friends with me do to something I did not do are contrythis is not a way to treat customers investigate what's going on first before you blame the account holder........i will never refer someone to them.....
