  PNC charged me $50 for 2 months in fees. I went in and spoke with Sunit and she explained that I had to have a minimum balance between both my checking accounts, so I moved money to the checking accounts to avoid the fee. THEY JUST CHARGED ME $25 AGAIN, so I went in to the branch on Bell and 32 Street in Phoenix, and another banker told me that the information that I got from THEIR BANKER IN THIS BRANCH - his colleague - was incorrect and he could not issue a refund, even though it was their fault. I've paid $75 in fees in the last 3 months!! MY MONEY IS NOT SAFE AT THE PNC BANK!! I'm closing my account! Don't bank with PNC Bank unless you don't mind them just taking your money and not giving it back.

  Was in on Saturday 8/16/25 and Marsha was my bank teller and she was very nice. Customer service was very good nice bank very clean.

  So I was with my last job for a little over a month and had 4 checks in total. I’ve had my account for over 2 years and never had issues until my last job. That being said, I almost never have funds because expenses and life. The first 2 times I went, I didn’t have issues just verified my job and was fine. The last 2 times (today was the last time), the teller made issues with me. The 3rd time (the male manager gave the ok) they were able to call my work and verify and pay out the check completely. He said to go ahead and cash it all out, and she complied but not willingly. This time, the fourth time, the same teller (as last time) gave the same issues about putting money into my checking and told me that I wasn’t able to cash anything but only put )$100 it into my SAVINGS… she said the rest should deposit tomorrow (Saturday) but wasn’t sure.. I told her I needed atleast )$150 for bills but she said only $100. The other teller told me I had to go to Wells Fargo so they could verify the check… I had to pay $10 at Wells Fargo because PNC keeps changing the rules on me. I can understand if it was that way since the beginning, but only the last 2 times have been changed up on me, and this time I was completely denied any verification process at the bank. So I had to lose out $10 on my check because they wanted to be difficult and change it every single time

  Really great service and they are full service. You can come here for selling foreign money (Mexican Pesos, Canadian Dollars). They also handle all teller services and withdrawal type. Recently remodeled so the interior is really comfortable. Keep in mind banks don't have public restrooms or trash cans.

  Horrible bank. Never had overdrafts or insufficient funds in over 25 years of banking. BBVA I loved! I feel for the BBVA staff that has to try and put out all the fires that PNC causes. PNC steals your money-anyother bank is better! Don't bank with them, save yourself the headache and money loss! Oh and the PNC app what a joke! You will find yourself regretting banking with PNC within the first month I kid you not!
