- BRBruce RobinsonOct 22, 20254.0New to Phoenix. So far every time I've had to go here, Ive gotten excellent welcoming from the hello, greeter on the right, to different office personnel. Business, problems, handled courteously, professionally, upbeat attitude. Problems handled in a friendly manner. Been with this bank since the early seventies. With a side jog to Comerica in "99", in Georgia. Which by the way, if they still do, in Florida, will not let you do banking at any branch in Florida, if your account was made out of state of such. PNC has been good to me. Thinking of investing more into it. ( That's, if banks will still be around ). Lol
