- DHDylan HOct 26, 20241.0The chips on their debit cards are very faulty. My current card is only a few months old and is not reliable at all, you'd better get used to having $100 on you in case they fail. I requested a new debit card two weeks ago and they said it should be here by mid this week, it's now Friday and it's still not here and my card no longer works at all. The bank is closed on weekends and I've got no money and the chip on my card doesn't work whatsoever at this point so my scheduled weekend groceries will not be a thing this week. I'll have to call again and get my card reactivated again until the new card actually arrives.
