- PBPam BuchananMar 25, 20221.0I reluctantly gave this branch one star. ( only because that’s the only way to leave a review) My sister recently passed away, and she banked with BBVA. She was very happy with them. I went in to PNC this morning to close her account. I have never been treated so rudely, and disrespectfully. I would never bank here, and would suggest they get new staff, that knows how to conduct themselves in a professional manner, and put customer service first. Then went to another branch, and they were great.
