- AMAnna McPhersonDec 24, 20251.0Omg i had a representative come to my employer to discuss PCN to all of us. It sounded fantastic! I went to the Bank to open up a new account and worked with jm We had causal conversation and she explained how it works. BUT I have to state I am very disappointed with this bank. I went in wanting to try a new bank and all I got was poor service. I was told I had to put in $25 deposit which wasn’t a problem. I did that but something still didn’t feel right I gave here my bank card and she said something about my low balance. Sure she has right to say things like that because this is a bank but wow nothing like treating me like I am trash I am going to go back and cancel my account I don’t care about the $25 .. they can keep it. I am not poor !!! Don’t judge me!
