- JBJim B3 days ago5.0I went in today to get clarifacation on a PNC policy, I spoke with 2 people including the manager, they explained things and went out of their way to help, fantastic people!!
- CEChristopher ElixsonJan 9, 20215.0Best customer service ever at a bank. The gentlemen that help me was a class act, he did everything by the book and in great time. Can’t remember the name but his office was the first one as you walk in. I took my 90 year old grandmother to sign some documents as well and she was so impressed from the customer service this gentlemen gave us. Keep in mind my grandmother isn’t the easiest person to please. Thank you BBVA.

I came here on my lunch break becuz it was so close to my work & it's one less thing I have to do after work, but they were carrying on laughing with a cust in front of me & the other teller wouldn't open his window, by the time he did open there were 2 more people behind me then his computer started running slow, after waiting awhile I was fed up. They need to get it together. I won't be going back.
