  This Credit Union has always done great by me. I’m out of state but on an account here for my elderly mom so I rely on the Online banking APP. When I have any questions or concerns I call and they are very helpful and accommodating. Denise Taylor, the Mgr., has been extremely supportive and helpful ! She is quick to respond to my emails and voice messages and always makes sure that she’s doing everything she can to make my experience smooth ! Thank you Denise for your support and kind heart !!

  They took my savings account money because there hadn’t been activity in a year. I had put money in, but couldn’t contribute to it for 12 months. They did NOT notify me, but said it’s in the fine print! So if you bank here, don’t think your money is safe. They will take it. In a SAVINGS ACCOUNT.

  So about 4-5 months ago my pickup went out on me…with that said it sat at a mechanic shop that I took and although he tried his best to fix it he was unable to do so…so my pick up sat there for 5-6 months…of course this would happen at a time in my life where it just made things worse…although my wife and I tried to keep the pickup we started to sink and Mohave credit Union on Stockton hill rd in Kingman AZ where we live always mention to their customers that all customers are like family to them…well the day came where we almost lost the pickup due to unable to pay for the service the mechanic completed and was unable to pay for repairs at Ford for the rear of the repairs along with making the monthly payments…luckily Mona Baptista along with other staff there reached out to us and was willing to work with us along with willing to pay for the repairs and lower our payments…this is one of the”Credit Union” that stand for what they say “We treat and think of our customers like family” and I can honestly say that they do…I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a “Great” team…thank you to all staff that work at “Mohave Credit Union” located in Kingman AZ…if it wasn’t for you guys treating us like family we would have been lost

  Listen up..., I had a question about a brochure sent to me by MCFCU. So I went online to their website to maybe find it. And I saw Reviews so I took a look. Some of them gave a positive relationship and a few were just being a grouch. I am going with the positive attitude because I never had a ungrateful day with any employee or a stressful experience in my banking with MCFCU. Truthfully...they have taken good care of me for 20+ years. So I raise my non-alcoholic glass and salute MCFCU Kingman in honor of your dedication to excellence.
