Yesterday, I visited the bank and noticed Monique, who was smiling and greeting me, inquiring about my day. I observed her in training, and she performed exceptionally well. She provided me with my last month’s statements and assisted me in setting up a new account with a banker her customer service was very well

One of the worst banks that i've ever dealt with
I never saw a bank where you bring in cash for roll of quarters and they still want you use your card ,
Better hope you don't lose your wallet. Because they don't do temporary cards. No, more, because they think everybody takes tap.

Husband and I are pretty livid right now since Mohave Bank stole our money. When you bank with a financial institution you entrust them to keep your money safe, not steal it. We barely had any funds in our account as it was and now it is almost empty. We thought our money was safe. What kind of bank actually charges you to keep money with them anyway? I guess they charge you $10 each month when you don't have direct deposit, but when our direct deposit stopped, they never notified us. Not once. Not an email. Not a phone call. They just kept deleting $10 a month out of our account. They changed names. We couldn't log into our account online anymore. I didn't think anything of it because I assumed our money was safe in their hands. They don't send paper statements, only by email and when I received them each month, I wasn't able to open them for some reason. Again, didn't fret, thought our money was safe. Was kicked out of online banking. When, I finally decided to check on our account, my login wouldn't work. I tried for over a month to login and create a new password, but it just sat going round and round processing and nothing could confirm or deny. I finally, when I had spare time and after receiving a dormancy letter, made a complete new login and logged into the bank. Only to find our small amount of money we had (as we are all trying to make ends meet) was practically gone. $127.50 was taken out of account over the months. We only had 30 something dollars left. The $7.50 came from a dormancy fee they charged us the final month. They sent us a letter saying they would charge us $7.50 a month (apparently additional, on top of the $10 a month they had already secretly been charging us), but the letter had no date on it as to when that fee would start - could have been 6 months from now for all we know. That is what prompted us to try to login to our bank account recently to no avail. How can they send a letter about dormancy charges but not about the $10 charges? We called and asked them to please politely reverse these charges as we weren't notified at all and this came as a surprise. After a week or so, they finally had a decision to give us back $37.50 of it. They asked if that was fair. I said better than nothing, but it's not fair. All of it is fair. I mean, what were they going to do, let us go into the negative as they kept continuing to take $10 a month out of our account and then say we owed them money? They are bank fees. They can easily and without loss be returned to the customer. This is just bad service and theft. After returning the $37.50, they still stole $90 from us and refuse to return it. $90 is a lot of money to a family, especially when you're chronically ill like I am. It harms them none to return those fees. It hurts a family greatly. Thank you for caring about your customers - that's sarcasm. Don't bank here. They don't care about you.
