Their staff is very friendly and make you feel like you are a part of their family. When we first moved our accounts over, banking with them was a little different change of pace than I was used to, but once understanding their procedures, I've had no complaints. I believe their priority is to provide excellent customer service while providing competitive banking products and they do an outstanding job in both realms.
