Visited the drive thru today around 11:30am to make 2 deposits. I was told there was one person ahead of me a d it would be a couple minutes. I said thank you. I had the two deposits separated with a deposit slip, checks, and cash. Simple transaction right? Not today, the teller asked if I knew the cash amount for the larger of the two deposits. I told her it was written on the deposit slip. She then said that she would count it by hand and write it in for me. Not exactly sure where she planned on doing that as the slip was already completed. Then she went somewhere out of sight. Im assuming to use a bill counter. About 20 minutes later came back to inform me that my checks were off balance and that I'd have to come inside to finish the transaction. I told that she needed to count it again as I know the counts were correct. She then proceeded to tell me about the company policies and this transaction exceeded the amount allowed through the drive thru. I then told her to please send me back my deposits and I'd take them to another location. She was then very rude to me and said a few inappropriate comments and restated her company policies again. She then sent back my deposits. When I got them back. The deposits were completely mixed together. I make deposits multiple times a week at multiple locations and never had a poor experience like this one. I have multiple business accounts with PNC and make recommendations to many others on where to open their accounts. This was completely unacceptable. This teller should not be in that position.

I went two times this week to cash a petty cash check for my employers business. I have been doing exactly this for years at various PNC banks, this one happens to be closer to my house so I thought I would save some time by using this branch. Huge mistake. The first time they called and verified I was who I said I was but still made me jump through a million hoops to get my transaction done. At the end stating "next time will be faster since we know you". Two days later I am back doing the same thing and all of the sudden I am getting charged since "I am not a customer". Mind you, this is a PNC check getting cashed from a PNC account for a PNC account. I explained that I am a representative of their customer and the money is not going to me. This time they get on the phone for about half an hour to "approve waiving the fee". After getting off the phone, the fee was waived and I was told we will be making that call every time I come in since I don't have a PNC bank account personally. Why the hell would I bank personally with a company that has customer service so far down on their list of priorities. Someone else made a comment thanking me for coming in at which point I said I will definitely not be back to which they responded "yeah, I thought not". Managers were standing around while this woman was making me jump through every hoop imaginable very clearly annoyed for me but not jumping in to help it get cleared up. I ended up there for about 40 minutes. From now on I will go to a branch that is out of my way but won't take 40 minutes and gives much better customer service

Lady at the window was so disrespectful. If I didn’t have to come here for work I would definitely go elsewhere. Not very happy with her service. There is no need to be disrespectful when all I need is change and my deposits done.
