  This isn't necessarily on this branch but the bank as a whole. When we moved to Illinois we got PNC and it was a terrific bank but something changed over the last year out here where we set up for our account not to go negative and we didn't have to worry about the bank taking out of the savings. As of late we would get a notification saying they took the money out when we would go to places like a hotel which is great but then the next day it would show up as not being taken out. Ok that's strange but then our account would start going negative for some reason and were told of a way to reverse that payment so we aren't negative and we said why is this going negative we shouldn't be going negative because of the way we set up the account but then it would start taking money out of our savings like wth are you doing? Do you guys just ignore your customers wishes? So then our account keeps doing this then all of a sudden we aren't able to get out of the negative with reverse payments and they say well these are the fault of this place and this place and on our end it's saying this. So why is your side keep saying one thing and our side keeps saying something else? We did try it with another bank we have started using and it comes out right away and stays that way when we use the same exact places as we did with the PNC account but they still blame everyone else except for themselves. This bank went from the gold standard of excellence to pure bs. If I could give negative stars I would you are screwing with people's money and based on the reviews of this location that we usually use it seems this company is bad from the top down and no one is satisfied. I can't wait for my last check to come in from the job I just left so we can close out this account once and for all.

  We have been PNC customers for years. We love to come to this location because the staff members here are very pleasant, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Bridget is a well experienced manager. She is knowledgeable and super efficient. She has the ability to explain banking procedures in very simple terms that customers of all ages can easily understand. Rita is kind and thoughtful, knowledgeable and efficient, treating customers like family members. Vanessa is the most cheerful and enthusiastic greeter. She treats customers with kindness and efficiency. Laticia is always willing to assist customer with kindness and efficiency. It's a very friendly place to do business with.

  Visited the drive thru today around 11:30am to make 2 deposits. I was told there was one person ahead of me a d it would be a couple minutes. I said thank you. I had the two deposits separated with a deposit slip, checks, and cash. Simple transaction right? Not today, the teller asked if I knew the cash amount for the larger of the two deposits. I told her it was written on the deposit slip. She then said that she would count it by hand and write it in for me. Not exactly sure where she planned on doing that as the slip was already completed. Then she went somewhere out of sight. Im assuming to use a bill counter. About 20 minutes later came back to inform me that my checks were off balance and that I'd have to come inside to finish the transaction. I told that she needed to count it again as I know the counts were correct. She then proceeded to tell me about the company policies and this transaction exceeded the amount allowed through the drive thru. I then told her to please send me back my deposits and I'd take them to another location. She was then very rude to me and said a few inappropriate comments and restated her company policies again. She then sent back my deposits. When I got them back. The deposits were completely mixed together. I make deposits multiple times a week at multiple locations and never had a poor experience like this one. I have multiple business accounts with PNC and make recommendations to many others on where to open their accounts. This was completely unacceptable. This teller should not be in that position.

  Higley and Baseline location in Gilbert, AZ has horrible customer service!! Bridgett the Manager will tell people giving the loans (Ledi) to up the interest rate that you qualify for. I also gave them the ORIGINAL title of my car, loan is way paid off and they will not return my ORIGINAL title back to me that they took. They close earlier than what the door says also, and it's not even a holiday...just a regular day.

  Worst bank. I will be with them temporary until I find a better bank. DO NOT RECOMMEND
