Kept telling me to call customer service who told me I need account number of PNC that was BBVA and I repeatedly said WE NEVER RECEIVED NEW ACCOUNT NUMBERS!! Round and round - I said I am sure you went to college Cxxxxxr so why do I have to keep repeating the same problem as I need someone to help me!! He said I was threatening his education! That reply makes no sense, nor did he actually help me either.
