  The teller had a condescending attitude and not friendly or helpful. PNC bank no longer allows you to deposit cash into someone else's account unless you have an account there. I thought that "legal tender for all debts public and private" actually meant something. Cash is king... unless you aren't our customer.

  Jacob and the teller that was a guy were absolutely great!!!! They helped me open a student account, but the girl worker Anisha was awful and should be fired she would not let me pull my money but when I went to the guy, teller I was able to pull it out with my two forms of ID. I don’t know why she has discrimination towards me, but it was very uncalled for her. She needs to find a different career and become more mature in these type of professions or she’s gonna cause this bank to lose customers.

  This is my home bank! They're friendly and helpful. Every time I go in here I'm greeted with a smile & pleasantries. There is always a sweet treat available for you to have. I always grab one.

  11/8 noon - Teller was openly flirting with my husband when he was there for a work/business transaction. Kept pushing him to open an account, even asking for his phone number.

  I am happy to give this bank my business. Even though I'm not wealthy (yet 😉), Rita and Aaron treat me like a valued customer. And I've seen them and another bank employee do the same with others. Does it get busy at certain times requiring one to wait? Yes. (Just like at many places.). But once it's your turn, they take good care of you. Remember, kindness begets kindness. For me, this bank feels like the "neighborhood-type" bank I grew up with.
