I was told that you have to use the ATM machine to make deposits. In the meantime there are 2 people standing around doing NOTHING. Waiting for some people to make loans. PNC needs to change this BAD so-called customer service. PNC bought out my old bank and I'm stuck with bad banking. I was looking for a PNC bank that is open on Saturday. None available only the one that does loans only, really!!!! I miss my old Bank that was bought out. Do not join PNC bank. Stay away!!!
