This is the fifth issue I've had with this bank. Life is too short to struggle with the simple things that other banks do very well.

There’s a receptionist that tells you to go to a “Video ATM” where you have to wait to speak to someone remotely via a webcam in a call center. I got what needed to be done but it felt very cold and dystopian. No tellers at a bank???
