  I called originally to ask questions about opening an account as I just moved to Arizona. I spoke with someone named Manee. I asked about the opening deposit, what's needed to open the account, how their overdraft privilege works, etc. He couldn't answer almost all of the questions with an exact answer, just seemed confused. I recapped with him on what his answers were and he responded with "are you trying to open an account just to overdraft it"? I felt offended/shocked and asked him if he, as a bank teller, is allowed to talk like that. His response was "yes i am allowed to". Mind you, i asked main bullets of what their checking account entitles and fees. I requested to speak to a manager and he transferred me to a branch manager named Tamee at Flagstaff location. I explained i felt very uncomfortable in that call, stated the questions i asked Manee, etc. Her response was "I'm sorry you felt that way" while proceeding to state that Manee was just curious and was in defense for him. I asked to make a complaint on him and she said that she would after we got off the call (clearly seems like there's favoritism there). My fiance then got on the phone and told her that it was super disrespectful to tell someone that you are sorry someone felt that way without acknowledging the underlying problem (Manee's behavior). She said she would note that and to have a good day, then hung up on us. I really don't want to give a 1 star review, but 0 stars instead. Foothills bank, you have lost a potential customer now and in future.

  Having a Community bank in Flagstaff is the best thing that happened to this town in five years! The customer service at Foothills Bank is second to none! The staff is friendly, and they go out of their way to assist. You do not need an appointment. Everyone welcomes you with open arms and a smile when you walk in.

  I cannot say enough positive things about Foothills bank and Randon Cupp. My husband and I own a small business in Flagstaff, AZ and Randon has been instrumental in helping us. He always returns my emails promptly, he sets up phone conversation appointments, and he reaches out when he feels like he could help. I am not used to this kind of VIP service from banks I have used in the past. He really cares about small businesses and makes you feel like you have an expert on your team that is looking out for you.
