  Upon asking for help and providing information that was needed No one was able to help me and got transfered to the wrong people plus 1 of the ladies had a very lazy attuide and was alittle rude about helping me when I told them who I spoke to and called several times to get help on a few things I needed and after all that happen No one helped me at all to get it fixed or taken care of at all. Calling the 1800 number didn't help either due to several things a guy was very rude and unprofessional and No help at all it was pointless some people are not made to be professional and when they dont understand certain things and your upset they dont care becuase its not there accounts and there money its happening to which is wrong they should be understanding and helping you get it fixed instead you get laziness and attuide and rudeness from them. Im sorry but that's not right at all. Even if your married and helping your spouse they should respect that as well due to people with disabilities and things and they shouldn't judge them when they need help.

  The ladies here have the best customer service. They are always friendly and efficient, especially Kelly.

  They’re great if you have big $. If you’re a small depositor, you won’t get treated well by this bank. Tellers are friendly but that’s where it ends.

  The worst experience i have had with a bank both times that I have been to this particular place. The first one easy peezy setting the account up. When using the first account, the "hidden" fees was annoying. The transfer fees from accounts was horrendous. When called out on it, oh it should be a one time fee. Apparently not the case. Since im bringing it up. And then the second dude when I went in to open another account with my husband. The boy that was there was ridiculous. Wanted to hold my check for 4 days no use of any of the money. Scanned my check and almost ruined of me ever cashing it. And then when I call to activate my husband's card. Its nothing but the run around and they tell us they closed our account. Without letting us know. I WILL NEVER go back to another pnc bank. Its been nothing but issues and they can never grt their stories or crap together.
