- KSKyle ShollockFeb 28, 20261.0This bank does not deserve one star. The first time I went into this bank was to make a simple checking account. I was told that there are no bankers in the bank at the moment, which I found very confusing since it is a bank. Keep in mind this was on a Tuesday at around 930am. I was then told that I had to make an appointment to open a checking account and the next appointment was Saturday at 1130am. I then accepted the Saturday appointment. It is now Saturday, I arrive at the bank, advise the teller that I have an appointment at 1130, the teller Priscilla, then states “sorry the banker has been double booked.” I then told Priscilla that you made me this appointment on Tuesday. She then proceeded to blame the banker for this. A phone call would have been appreciated Priscilla. Needless to say, find another bank with competent employees.
