I say this because I could see the care and personal attention in her interaction with the person she assisted before me. People like her are important in any business because the human touch and customer service will set any establishment apart and above others. I really appreciate her.

Our business model is very clearly too small for their expensive business package nor do we use any merchant services,the Assistant Branch Manager eventually came in to try even harder to sell us the PNC business package plan that they have and with a attitude. I thought they would be embarrassed after showing them on paper how it would in no way benefit our company. But no.. these sharks will tank your company just to ensure they get their monthly commission. This is not including them persistently pushing credit cards on us every time we enter the branch.
