- PSPrimarch 19th SonMay 22, 20232.0Go someplace else for your banking needs. PNC is a big corporation and being a little person, puts you at the bottom of the list. I paid off my car loan and waited for the loan release. Never got it. If I didn't get it, the State of Arizona did not get it. I'm still trying to get the title to the vehicle. Calling their corporate offices is a disaster. Getting confirmation on anything is a disaster. I have learned to record conversations on my cell phone and advise all that they ARE being recorded.
