Last month I attempted to make a transaction online and got an error screen that said "Oops, we have experienced an error on our end. Please try again." so I tried again and got the same error. I messaged the company and was told there was a website error and just keep trying until the payment goes through. I tried a few more times and it never did go through. The next morning I checked my bank and there were thirteen charges for $111.61 from this company. I contacted Foothills immediately and told them there should only be one transaction and please block the other 12. I was told to go into the bank with documentation about what happened. I printed everything including screenshots of the error screen telling me the error was on their end and to try again. The following day, Foothills called me back and told me it was not their problem and they can't help me. They told me to take it up with the merchant. The bank approved all thirteen transactions. I have messaged the merchant MANY times, but they do not respond. It has now been three weeks. I have never had a bank that did not have my back as a customer. This should have been flagged as fraud when 13 transactions for the same exact amount at the same time tried to post. I have called Foothills multiple times thinking they must not understand what has happened because surely they would help me, but they do understand. They just don't care. They absolutely do not have their customers' backs. I have been a customer with Bank of America and Wells Fargo for my personal banking for over 30 years and just opened a business account with Foothills a few months ago. This would NEVER happen with Bank of America or Wels Fargo. Foothills bank is limited as there is no option to dispute charges on the website or app. I will be moving my business to a larger bank with better customer service.

This bank doesn't care about their customers and it's not a way to run a bank they have no sympathy they don't care about the senior citizens that are bedridden where they can't come in person and they need to get out business for good
