  I've been PNC customer since 2019. I opened my bank account in PNC South College with Gregory. But when I move to Tuskegee, the service here is horrible. I just need to notarize a document and they made it so diffucult.

  I have had positive transactions for years. If I had a question, it was answered. I get random calls from the branch manager whenever I use the various services. The employees are friendly. I really like that I can make withdrawals in increments of $1. I also liked when we were able to cash checks at the ATM. The only thing I don’t like is charging me so many NSF fees if I already don’t have the money for the transaction.

  This bank is like time stood still. Every time I go there it takes forever to do the simple task. What bank opens at 10:00 and then there's a line forming at 9:00????
