- JMJai MarieOct 2, 20251.0I swear if I didnt need an actual bank near me, I wouldn't have an account with them. PNC as a whole, I do not know how they managed to be so big and stay open. Pending charges does not reflect sometimes causing wrong available balance. Then you go into negative thinking you have more than what you actually have. Then if you move money from checking to savings and vice versa after so many times you get charged $3 per transaction! The mobile app is always in maintenance ever other day. Like what are you fixing because it sure aint pending charges and available balance. It constantly takes off biometric settings. I swear this is the worst bank I've ever had.

Why can't the citizens pay their bills via cash, check, debit?? Why do we have to spend extra money to pay a bill?? Why's there no way to pay online or over the phone?? The way that this bank/business is being run is the same way the city itself is being ran, poorly!?!? How are you a bank but don't accept cash?! That's scary and disheartening. Please do better and stop milking the customers and people for all their worth without giving anything back!!

I get random calls from the branch manager whenever I use the various services. The employees are friendly. I really like that I can make withdrawals in increments of $1. I also liked when we were able to cash checks at the ATM. The only thing I don’t like is charging me so many NSF fees if I already don’t have the money for the transaction.
