  I am a fellow tax practitioner with a client who I knew could benefit from a particular tax planning strategy I was aware of but lacked experience with. So I reached out to Ben for assistance. He was awesome!!! He had a thorough understanding of the particular strategy and I could tell he had implemented it many times for his own clients. He walked me through the steps I needed to take and was readily available for my inevitable follow up questions. Ben's knowledge of the tax code and planning strategies is extraordinary, and his desire to provide high-quality advice and assistance to his clients is infectious! I learned so much from Ben in one conversation that I went straight to Amazon to purchase his book "The Art of Tax Planning"!   Hired this company to fix an ongoing IRS issue we had going on- in the beginning everything was great and the people were very responsive! They filed an amended tax return for us and when we got a letter back from the IRS that it had been DENIED we reached out to them to figure out next steps and were pretty much told we were on our own- they were done. The work they had done got denied and now I’m left trying to navigate appealing the IRS alone from an amended return they did! Clearly not a company that sees things through to the end and instead just does the bare minimum once your check cleared.
