This has to be the worst bank ever. It took almost a week for a cashier's check to be verified. Then I had to make an appointment to withdrawal some of my money. Then at the appointment, it still took over an hour for them to actually give me cash. They said that my cashier's check had to be verified again after it has already cleared my account a week ago. I am not sure but it seems this bank is very very rude and is Completely Out of Money!!!!!!!!! Unless you need a $1000 or less.

To cash a check drawn on your bank I was told I need two types of ID and I have to carry out transaction inside the bank . Why can't my one valid state issued ID serve as enough? Am I not the same person in drive thru with this ID ? PNC YOU ARE NOT WHAT I CARE TO HOLD ONE CENT OF MY MONEY .

I just witnessed a black man making a withdrawal when the "head" teller began to question him. Noting that he makes several deposits and withdrawals, sometimes per day, she asked him to tell her where his money comes from. And that the bank will want a w-2 form to prove where it comes from. She then asked for his social security number (which i overheard the entire number, along with his name to begin with, because she called him by full name) and wasn't satisfied with his explanation that he buys and sells cars. Shr told him that the bank will close his account without the info. Is that not A conversation that should have been private? After he left, I stepped up to make a large cash deposit to my mother's account. Our conversation went like this...
Me: "I will not tell you where my money came from, either"
Teller: "why not?"
Me: "because, it is none of your business".
Teller: "well, i would suppose you came by it legally."
Me: "You'll never find out." Shrugged my shoulders, took my receipt and walked out.
