The second employee I spoke with was very friendly and helpful but indicated that the employee who could help me was about to go on lunch. She took my phone number. The third employee called me 4½ hours later and explained that the bank was understaffed. I found a different bank that wasn't understaffed. I need a bank that is professional and responsive. I had planned to open two additional accounts. A different bank has those three accounts now.
