And when you try and talk to them, you wait hours before being put through (usually to a foreign country) and speak to a person who has no idea how to help. Computers have taken over and the customer is always wrong. Avoid this bank at all costs.

They passed a fraud check from my account and three times returned my genuine check, don't go to this bank, they never helpful for any problems but just creating the problems.
