- TMTodd MarshNov 26, 20251.0Went by to cash my check this afternoon. The black lady behind the counter was rude because I didn’t have an account there with them. When I gave her my other forms of ID she insisted that she still would not help me. The company I work for has an account with them so it shouldn’t have been an issue. But the lack of professionalism and care by this lady left a horrible taste in my mouth! Has she been professional about the situation and showed a little bit of care, I probably would’ve opened up an account with this establishment, however, this clearly was not the case. I would have given these people a 0 star had this been an option.

If I’ve had a terrible morning and have to go to the bank someone is usually there opening the door. It’s little tinny things that make your day a little brighter.

- CLChristie LandrethMay 4, 20242.0The online system for your phone is always down and then it's always trying to get me to confirm after I already put my fingerprint in then I tried to deposit checks and it keeps on saying that it doesn't see it I'm on a dark surface just like it says and it never takes my checks can't run to the bank every time I need to make a transaction this is ridiculous stuff inside is nice
