Susan and Ms. Amy for my "disagreement" with them following PNC Banks standard procedures I wasn't aware of. As that procedure was unknown to me even after many years of business banking with PNC. Second, I would like to brag on them how well they handled the whole situation and getting all taken care of very swiftly. They had done an outstanding job, they were professional yet friendly, respectful and upholding all PNC standards. If you are looking for a good bank, give PNC Pelham try.
