- PZPeter ZahelNov 12, 20255.0First, I would like to apologize to PNC Pelham staff; manager Wayne, ms. Susan and Ms. Amy for my "disagreement" with them following PNC Banks standard procedures I wasn't aware of. As that procedure was unknown to me even after many years of business banking with PNC. Second, I would like to brag on them how well they handled the whole situation and getting all taken care of very swiftly. They had done an outstanding job, they were professional yet friendly, respectful and upholding all PNC standards. If you are looking for a good bank, give PNC Pelham try.

The last branch I went to told me the teller HERE flagged my account making me not able to access it fully for two months. Don’t go to this bank. Definitely believe it was racial.
