  I would not recommend this bank based on my experience. I was a longtime customer dating back to when the institution operated as BBVA Compass, where I consistently received excellent service. However, after the transition to PNC Bank, my experience significantly declined. During my time with PNC, a serious issue occurred in which a bank teller allowed an unauthorized individual to withdraw funds from my account without properly verifying their identity. This incident caused me considerable financial hardship. Despite reporting the matter, I was not provided with a provisional credit, and my claim was initially treated as if it lacked credibility. As a result, I was forced to involve law enforcement. Following an investigation, it was determined that the teller had failed to follow proper identification procedures, which ultimately led to the unauthorized withdrawal. Due to this experience and the lack of adequate support from both the branch and corporate offices, I chose to close my account and would not consider returning.

  Completely DIABOLICAL WORSE BANK IN THE HISTORY OF BANKS !!! I told them I didn't want paper statements while I was setting up my account.. now i get charged for paper statements

  They ruined the good relationship with BBVA, I lost my job they charged me a 36 dollar overdraft fee for 2 fn cents!!!! I’m gone, screw this bank! I hope they burn!

  Hate this bank the customer service is horrible! Never had any issues with BBVA but yea today was my final day.
