- KMKim MooreDec 15, 20251.0I went in to use my dad's points and pay off his VISA. The gentleman was super busy and made a copy of the letters testamentary. Told me to drop off the payment at the drive thru the next day. I did. However, the points were not applied. Two phone calls later still an issue and he is on vacation. No-one seems to be able to help me without another trip. That would be the fifth attempt to simply use points and close out his card. BANK WITH YOUR LOCAL BANKS! Everywhere has been super easy with no additional stress.

- HEHeather EarlyJul 21, 20251.0Do not use this bank if you want to cash checks or do anything had a check from world finance however, since our account was not open for a year, even though my husband‘s check gets deposited every week they still will not allow us to cash it so we had to drive all the way to Florence just to cash a check!! this is the worst bank ever
