- Ootterlips *Feb 28, 20241.0I had made an appointment, so I showed up at my time and had to wait in the lobby. A man came in and was shown into an office, explaining that HE had made an appointment. I was finally helped by a woman who said it was her last day because she was leaving the bank. The man who previously helped me had already left the bank. I could go on, but I think you can connect the dots.
