  This is for PNC as a company, not the branch location. Outside of the performance wallet app, the bank is trash. This is the SECOND time giving them a try & they're still not a good bank. If you sign up for the $200 incentive for opening a performance wallet account, they DON'T tell you that along with your qualifying deposits, you also can't spend any of your money because the account has to stay above the deposit amount..which was $1,000 for me. That literally makes 0 sense! They will NEVER get my business again! Underhanded business practices. No wonder so many of them are closing. Good riddance.

  Unprofessional, ghetto. Please don't put your money here they won't cover you in the event of fraud but they ask you a dozen security questions to access your account. Many times I've went to deposit money the ATM machine won't even receive the cash... they wouldn't cash my certified cashiers check because it wasn't from PNC. They charge money to make your money available faster. Please tell me what's actually good about this bank? I couldn't find anything can't wait to close it out!

  The worst branch ever! MANAGEMENT doesn't know anything! They are like deers caught in the headlights at this branch! Please avoid if possible! I'm considering leaving Compass as a whole they do not have any concern or care for the customers... And that is based off what I've experienced! I had to ask the manager could we go into an office to discuss my account info? She had me in an OPEN area for God's sake asking personal questions... And, the location is so open and drafty even someone with terrible hearing could hear what was being said... And, I just do not feel secure in banking with BBVA COMPASS anymore! So, when I feel that when you have made many complaints it's time to move on...
