My daughter and I had a five star experience with her during our visit to PNC. She was both knowledgeable and personable. She made us feel like we were more than account holders. She made us feel like she cared about our overall wellbeing. The only reason I’m giving this review four stars is because of experiences in the past at other locations. This branch on Vaughn makes me wish we had started our PNC journey right here.
