Many times I've went to deposit money the ATM machine won't even receive the cash... they wouldn't cash my certified cashiers check because it wasn't from PNC. They charge money to make your money available faster. Please tell me what's actually good about this bank? I couldn't find anything can't wait to close it out!

I'm considering leaving Compass as a whole they do not have any concern or care for the customers... And that is based off what I've experienced! I had to ask the manager could we go into an office to discuss my account info? She had me in an OPEN area for God's sake asking personal questions... And, the location is so open and drafty even someone with terrible hearing could hear what was being said... And, I just do not feel secure in banking with BBVA COMPASS anymore! So, when I feel that when you have made many complaints it's time to move on...
