No matter what you need to do there's always a ridiculously long wait and it just never gets better, their low rating is very much deserved. I drive to the branch in Bayou La Batre, always a pleasant experience there so worth the drive just to avoid the irritation of attempting to use the Tillman's Corner location. This has been the case for years.

- MRM RzJul 31, 20203.0They have great customer service, however, their mobile banking app locks me out periodically. I have face recognition instead of password access. Because I use 6 different passwords at work I just can’t remember another one for an app I don’t often use. But when the face recognition is disabled, I’m locked out of my account. Changing your card PIN requires having it mailed to you or driving 30 minutes to the nearest branch. And their customer care hours are pretty much regular business hours so if you need help after that...guess what. I’m not overall dissatisfied but I’m not satisfied either. And when I signed up last year, I was told I’d receive the $200 gift for opening up an account and having it in good standing. My account has always been in good standing. For almost a year. No gift. Lol. Which isn’t too big an issue but if you tell me you’re going to give me something, I kinda would like to think you’ll keep your end of the deal? Considering I did. Just saying.
