The policies change almost every time I come by, no one answers the phone, and the first moment we get a chance to be off at the same time, my husband and I will be going with our credit union! Not to mention it has gone from Amsouth to Compass to PNC in the time I've banked with them! You'd at least think they'd do you a favor!!! lol Peace out, PNC!!! lol You guys are a joke at every branch!

Jalexia was a lot more helpful. I hope that management recognizes team members who are willing to help any and all customers.
