Since then I have had very positive experiences with the customer service line when I was going through the process of refinancing my loan so I wanted to update my review.

The policies change almost every time I come by, no one answers the phone, and the first moment we get a chance to be off at the same time, my husband and I will be going with our credit union! Not to mention it has gone from Amsouth to Compass to PNC in the time I've banked with them! You'd at least think they'd do you a favor!!! lol Peace out, PNC!!! lol You guys are a joke at every branch!
