- GBGraham BrockJan 27, 20241.0We opened a business account here at the downtown PNC Bank with Mr. Andronicus Lowe a little over a year ago. We had applied for a business credit card after we opened the account, Mr. Lowe verbally said that he had made a mistake with the application process and it got denied. He assured us that he would work to get this resolved and take off of the records so its not a denial on the credit bureau's books. After many many many follow ups with Mr. Lowe and several calls into customer support we have been met with horrible customer support. My phone calls don't get returned from Mr. Lowe, nor do my many many emails. It's currently been a year and we still have not gotten this resolved. I would assume a bank making an error and admitting it themselves that directly affects one of their customers would be a priority in getting resolved, apparently not. I can assure you that there is absolutely better options than PNC bank for you personal and business needs. I would not recommend this bank and especially this branch.
