- KKKathy KilcreaseAug 17, 20242.0Please hire some extra tellers at this branch. The current tellers are wonderful but overworked. The long wait is not their fault. There are times one person is working the inside line and the drive up. PNC management needs to help out.

What’s the point of having a drive through? Took me 40 minutes in the drive through to get help so now you want me to stand in line for am hour after a 14 hour shift? I’ll drive 20 minutes to the other PNC than do that thanks though.
