- OSOmar salemNov 24, 20251.0This review is for this specific PNC branch. The service was extremely disappointing, and the manager was surprisingly lazy and uninterested in helping. I came in with a simple issue, and instead of taking ownership, the manager acted like she didn’t want to be bothered at all. The staff followed the same attitude. Very unprofessional experience and bad for business . I will not be returning.
- KKKathy KilcreaseAug 17, 20242.0Please hire some extra tellers at this branch. The current tellers are wonderful but overworked. The long wait is not their fault. There are times one person is working the inside line and the drive up. PNC management needs to help out.
