- SWSteven WarrenJan 1, 20261.0One of THE WORST LOAN EXPERIENCES I've ever had in my entire life. Had previously called in advance to get a pay-off quote and request a discount on interest. According to Lorania, her supervisor Sara said no. I debated on letting them take the vehicle, but didn't want to lose a $13K vehicle for $4K. So, I came in and asked for a break again. But Lorania had such a really nasty attitude - was rude and mean and disrespectful. She complained the we (the customers) always come in asking for help. I told her times are rough. She said, "So, what - its rough for everybody." Said "yall should have thought about all that before yall came and got our money." Admittedly, I should have at least returned their calls. But when you're dealing with personal, and life threatening health issues, everything else takes a backseat. But even after I explained to her that I'd been in the hospital, she never changed her attitude. No consideration for what people are going through. Never seen anyone in customer service act the way she did. She even miscounted my cash by $400. And blamed me. Said all the money wasn't there, claiming it was a whole $400 short. Pushed the money back to me and told me to let her know when I got the rest. I would never do business there again and would absolutely not recommend them to anyone. Credit unions do the exact same thing, I've just learned. And for a whole lot less. No payments for 60 days and for way less interest.
