Switching Banks immediately
I have nonstop issues with the app and the call center is terrible.
The cherry on top was today
I wanted to deposit some money into my account, I waited behind someone at the ATM, when it was my turn I insert my card, the machine eats my card and immediately shuts itself down, I wait 30 minutes for my card to spit back out and nothing. Tried calling the call center and the line was static, the ai couldn’t even hear my user ID because the static was being picked up on both lines. I tried using the chat and it told me nobody was available for chat. I then call the branch number and it transfers me to someone who can’t even help because she is strictly business.
Banking should not be this hard. I miss BBVA Compass
Poor customer service from Mary we were trying to cash a check and she decided that giving attitude and sending us to our personal bank was the best option

Elaine Patton the branch manager for this location was professional and timely in solving the issue I had involving my business account. This meant so much to me because the branch manager that usually deals with my business account is out of office until Friday and the university branch said to try another branch that they couldn’t help me until Rochelle was back in office. I got lucky when I chose to call this location. I highly recommend anyone needing a business account to check out Elaine at this location! Thank you so much for your help and resolution!

I wish I could give 5 stars. The people that work here are GREAT!! Every time I've needed help with anything, Branch Manager Elaine and Personal Banker Adam have been awesome and I've always been able to get the assistance I've needed from either of them. They both get 5 stars in my book.
Where I give 1 star is the decision to remove the traditional banking model and hours (especially the Saturday hours when I could actually make it over there). 9-5 Monday-Friday is when I work, so getting in to get that awesome assistance is EXCEEDINGLY difficult.
So overall it's a 3, which is an average from the combination of GREAT people and TERRIBLE accessibility. I would happily kick it up to a 4 if they JUST brought back Saturday hours, and it would go to a full 5 if they reverted to the status quo ante.
I absolutely hate coming to this pnc. The atm is ALWAYS down. Please for the love of everything get a new one or don’t have one at all. If there was one closer to me I would never come to this location.
