Came in today to deposit a check. Teller seemed pretty miserable and unhappy while asking "anything else I can help you with"? No smile. She seemed to have a case of the beauty queen blues. Fortunately it is not contagious. Hope her day gets better. PNC has for sometime had someone who twirls as they open the door for you to leave. Smiling greeter/exiter person. Today's twirler arounder? was leaned against the door seemingly engrossed by her phone. Maybe she was worried about Tiger Woods and had to get the latest news... I had better check on him too.

They helped me get money without asking if it was a scam, didn't overdraft me into oblivion, and they are professional. My experiences with them has been great and I would use them again.

0/5 would not recommend. Went in to this branch on 1/28 to open business account. Like most small business owners we work full time and work small business afterwards each day and weekends, so PNC staying open until 6 on Friday was one of the major reasons we chose this bank. We arrived at 5:30 and asked if we could open a business account. Teller and branch manager at counter immediately began shaking their heads no and stating that we could submit our paperwork and it would have to be sent off for approval. I immediately email the branch manager our business docs and she stated she called us Monday (1/31). After leaving she immediately called requesting an additional document and it was immediately emailed to her. Today is 2/6 and we haven’t received a call, email or nothing!! I don’t feel that PNC (or this branch in particular) values our business and lack customer service skills. I even asked while at the branch if they had any pamphlets or any information we could take with us about their business accounts and was told no. If our business account was approved or not, we should have been contacted and at least informed of the decision. And if corporate sets the closing at 6pm, then customers who come in at 5:30 should be treat and served with a much higher level of customer service than we received. Ended up going to Regions and had an excellent experience, exceptional customer service, and now have an open business account. They treated us like they wanted our business.

On August 16th, my sweet niece came to your branch for her new students. No only did you go beyond her request for her students' needs you went above & beyond: This is want my niece posted today on FB Reasons people love small towns: I went in to my local bank today and asked if they had any extra bank bags because I have a few students that do not have anywhere to put their pencils/ crayons. Not only did they give me a bank bag they also gave me a Visa Giftcard to spend on my class as apart of their 100 Days of Brightness. Thank you Leeds BBVA Compass for brightening this lady's day!! You have touched a new Teach America teacher's heart and her students in ways you may never know. This young teacher has already touched hundreds of peoples' heart all over the world and through her request you have touched more. From a very grateful Aunt in Alpharetta, GA Thank You!!! and may God richly bless you. Matthew 25:31-46 31 “When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his glorious throne. 32 All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. 33 He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left. 34 “Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. 35 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’ 37 “Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? 38 When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? 39 When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’ 40 “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’ 41 “Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. 42 For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, 43 I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.’ 44 “They also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?’ 45 “He will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.’ 46 “Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.”
