Drove over two hours just for them to tell me they couldn’t help me. And to make matters worse a rep told me I never talk to anyone, even after they were able to pull up the transcript of the agent I did in fact talk too. Even reached out to the manager of the head office just to not get a response back. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable especially when I’ve been bank with them for over ten years.
