- BBBritaniaDec 20, 20241.0Tellers are usually nice, but it's my recent interactions with Scott, a banker at this branch that prompted my review. I have a CD, but was confused about the 2 different maturity dates sent in the mail. Thinking a professional banker who opened the CD for me in the first place would be helpful, I called Scott. Not only did he not have an answer, he refused to even look at the documents from PNC! He stated, "I'm sure I wouldn't have an answer if you brought the documents in." But, he made sure to offer me that PNC credit card that I've told him MULTIPLE times I'm interested in. I visited the branch to speak to another banker. The teller I spoke with said she scheduled a meeting for 3:30 the next day since Mrs. Dobbins was out to lunch at 3:30 on that particular day. Well, guess who was out to lunch during my scheduled meeting the following day??!! I left a message with Scott for her to give me a call to reschedule. No call of course. Honestly, I don't believe my messages were ever passed on. This branch can close. It has always been my least favorite, unfortunately all the branches that employed POCs in my area are now closed. I may just move my money altogether.
