  They tagged my account with fraud and closed my account, it took some time to get everything in my account Re-setup at a new bank and also check authenticity going into my account. My last check went into PNC (But it is closed) I liked to never got my money, they wanted to send it back instead of letting me withdraw it. They did let me withdraw it, but they made lots of mistakes and everything. They’ve done there at the branch two months later I got a letter from PNC Bank apologizing telling me after along with it was decided there was nothing going on with my account just cause I had told you, but it was a little too late anyways I don’t know what I’ll PNC Bank act like this, but the one Hartselle does…

  Their customer service is horrible! When you talk to somebody on the phone they make it sound like they're going to do everything they can to help you but when you get there in person they act like they've never heard your name or know what's going on with your account. Then you can't even withdraw money from your own account inside the branch if you are not primary on a joint account. Save yourself a headache and bank with someone else!
