- CCCheryl ConwaySep 1, 20221.0Have been with bank a long time.Went into this branch on August 25,2022 was treated terribly.I went in and sat in a chair waiting to speak with someone.The young dark haired woman hollered across the bank at me...and from there I felt like she was treating me as a criminal.Even though she had my license and bank account...she knew I was a customer.I feel if you cant understand that banking happens worldwide..not just in Alabama.You should not be employed in a bank.I regret my loosing my cool...but it was deserved.I drove to another branch that day and was treated with respect and was very happy.How can 2 braches of the same bank be so different.Will never set foot in GulfShores again.
