They messed up an ACH and told me I had to wait 90 days to let me know what happened and IF they could return the money. I left the branch, called the customer service number in the parking lot and had the issue fixed in 10 minutes. The banker did not care that I had thousands of dollars just out there. I asked over and over if they could call someone to resolve this today and said "well I could call someone but it won't change what I told you." I can't believe people can be so lazy. They should have made the call so they could say they did everything they could.

This company needs to get their processes straight or not even offer loans to people if it's this much of a hassle. DO NOT GET A LOAN HERE.
