- BWbrad wethington5 days ago1.0If you need any help with a banker do not go to this location. They messed up an ACH and told me I had to wait 90 days to let me know what happened and IF they could return the money. I left the branch, called the customer service number in the parking lot and had the issue fixed in 10 minutes. The banker did not care that I had thousands of dollars just out there. I asked over and over if they could call someone to resolve this today and said "well I could call someone but it won't change what I told you." I can't believe people can be so lazy. They should have made the call so they could say they did everything they could.
