  I don’t know why you keep me calling for “something that’s not urgent” according to the voice mail. But your banker “Johnathan” does not know how to take down a name after I repeated two three times. And he neglected the phone call when I called the second time. You should check your recording.

  My son and I have banked here since it was First Gulf and oh my have things changed. They have gotten rud and careless with there business. I made a deposit in the atm today and the machine kept the card . When i went to the teller I was informed that its been doing that all day. Well it's a big issue what will the bank do if my card goes out to someone else. There was people behind me. Their show of care is terrible. They refused to give the card back. I was informed to return tomorrow. A 0 for experience at this place would be a better score. Please watch out here.
