I like the people at this bank. My problem is with how pnc handles your transactions. They don’t take the money out of your account when you spend it. Transactions are pending up to a week sometimes before they come out. All of a sudden a ton of transactions come out of your account and you don’t have the amount of money you think you have. Same thing happened when a transaction was canceled and not actually spent. The money did not show as still being in my account, and was still pending to be returned to me. That is a big problem.

An employee tried to Karen me about a parking spot. They had a pretty empty parking lot and I just pulled in and parked where I usually park between the church and Bank parking lots. I'd never gotten a note or anything on my car, so I assumed it was okay. This employee came outside as I was getting in my car and even when I was nice to her and told her I was moving and that it was my mistake, she was still trying to pick a fight with me. I wasn't in anyone's way and I think it's just people bored and looking for things to pick at. Definitely will not be opening an account here.

The Call Center and general phone system is an absolute disaster. The attendants don't speak sufficient English and don't know their product. The endless advertising propaganda phone messages and ques would drive a saint to blasphemy. .
UPDATE REVIEW. I dropped BBVA as my bank. They were in error on a situation and thought they were in the right. They treated me as though I was a inexperienced child who didn't understand the new world. I have many many more choice of words. But I can not use them here...SHAME ON YOU BBVA for treating your customers like this.
